Pics of Dicks

It seems that the main reason that people fail is self sabotage. Really all one needs to do is follow directions to get a job, but they can’t seem to do that. I don’t get it. Why is this so difficult? I need to make my employment ads more clear but it doesn’t really matter if I say that I need pics to consider someone for a modeling gig, they will still send me just pics of their woohaa and a one line email. Bleh!
