New Law in California

You can now be fined for being a dumbass in California. Well, not exactly. Its for the person that was a dumbass and ignored a warning or safety precaution and in turn needs rescuing. Its about damn time. The cap was a $1,000 but now its 12k! Basically if you are riding your bike, bungy-jumping, skiing, white water rafting or doing some other thrill-seeking activity, beware, and watch out for signs in the golden state.
