Houses Online

I was looking at houses online again. Its kind of frustrating. Well, its difficult to narrow search parameters when looking to move when there are over 34,000 properties available and when I put in what I really want, its only narrows to about 3,000. I was leaning toward a newer home but those don’t really come with much land and not likely a pool already there. Then I leaned toward an older home with more land but I hate the thought of moving in and having to fix a bunch of stuff like I did in the house I currently live in. I’m torn between getting a letter of prequalification and going or just walking into the builders office and then letting them prequalify me. I would hate to get my credit hit twice back to back with inquiries since I’m trying to get the best rate possible. Its a big,weird, step for me especially since I wasn’t planning to be able to be in the industry this long, and it looks like I’ll be around for a long while now. Its really weird to plan to move out of state and still have property in the state I’m moving from. Its a little disorienting to my nomadic nature. My goal is to move this time and not more for another 5-10 years if at all. Its time to settle and actually live somewhere longer than a year or so. Sure its been fun and all but I think maybe I’m at a certain age where I want to settle? Maybe I just hate moving boxes and my stuff getting broken. The good news is that . . .
