So yesterday I felt like hell. PMS is a real bitch and with PMDD, of course a migraine was in order. That is the reason for my silence; I needed some of my own. It had been so long since I had a migraine that I didn’t realize what it was until I realized that light was hurting my head. I really thought I was getting ill again and was really scared.
